Getting Back On Track

It's now been four weeks since I started my journey to get Fit Before 45 and I must say it's been harder than I through it would be. The first two weeks went really well. The third week I started to fall off the tracks and going in the fourth weeks is even harder.

Last night I went for a run with my wife around the local playing field. I started with the best intentions of doing a full hour of running but after 30 mins I watched my wife running, jumping and doing all the things fit people do while unfit people watch on. To say I felt crap is an understatement . But who said it would be easy, I asked myself.

The truth of it is that trying to get fit and losing weight take effort. It's not going to happen watching TV and eating pizza. You have to get out there and just do it.. "Thanks Nike" So at the end of the day, I'm left telling myself these words. Get Back On Track.
